We hand blend our own Garam Masala. Traditional used in Indian dishes.  Masala means blends and garam means spices. When cooking with Garam Masala, add at the end of the cooking process so you not lose the fragrant aroma.

Ingredients: Whole Cardamom, Whole Clove, Whole Cumin, Whole Black Peppercorn, Whole Coriander, and Cinnamon Sticks
