Cedella Marley-Booker’s is a melodious mixture of carrots, onions and minced garlic which intensify the flavor of the crushed scotch bonnet peppers.

The sauce is fiery and slightly sweet for the palate of Scotch Bonnet pepper lovers.  

Ingredients of Scotch Bonnet Sauce: Water, habanero, naga jolokia, and scotch bonnet chili peppers, sugar cane vinegar, carrot, apple cider vinegar, salt, garlic, sugar, onion, acetic acid (acidity regulator), spices, xanthan gum (thickener), scallions, olive oil, ascorbic acid (antioxidant), and turmeric extract.
